So everyone is fine with writing, speaking, dreaming in English (also a foreign language).... but has problem using Arabic words.... Interesting!

So aren't the majority of us English wannabes? Why is that never discussed?

Because we live in western countries where english is the lingua franca, which is even true in arab countries if they communicate with the rest of the world. The point is why would you adopt arab culture over paki culture or any other culture as "superior" since none of them are native to the west.
