Cringey stuff can be sweet like speeches and cheesy poses, if the couple enjoy themselves or they don’t take themselves too seriously. Like, I saw a groom get down on one knee to put a ring on his wife, or silly poses on stages, if they enjoy it then it’s not a big deal.
I don’t like overly-arrogant posers who think that they’re modelling kachis for Armani or something.

Most cringey things I’ve seen, hmm. I see a lot of girls who won’t stop dancing when everyone’s bored. Like, I have a couple of friends who made everyone look at them dance for like 2 hours at a friends mehdni. When we told them to sit down, they said no the bride WANTS us to dance, she likes it while everyone looked at the floor and clapped their hands. Totally ruined the fun

Let 'em dance! The audience can find something else to do.
