@mercenary2k

1 - they dont have 700,000 troops there

Are you saying all 700,000 troops are covering LOC?

@mercenary2k

2 - LOC is a lot smaller, and many routes are covered by snow which limits which routes are passable

By snow? For how many days of year? Pak-Afghan border gets closed for many days of the year too.

@mercenary2k

3 - Pak-Afghan border is 2,000km long

That is okay, mine some parts, ‘monitor’ some parts, fence some parts while ‘guard’ some parts. Billions are being spent on army’s upkeep, millions spent on drone attacks. It wouldn’t take that much to close the borders.

@mercenary2k

4 - The Pak-Afghan border is not mined or militarized…due to people living on both sides who have common families on both sides of border…

That is just bullcrap. When one side of “common family” runs over to the other side of border and given refuge by their “common family” it is both US and Afghans who cry “Pakistan providing safe haven”.
