I was just listening to Abrar’s new album the song “Maan”…
I was just thinking how much our parents do for us throughout their lives…yet how many of us dont give them the respect/time/love they deserve. these days I see so many people disrespecting their parents or cutting off all ties with them…it just makes me sad to see that.
alot of times we only truly appreciate them when they are no longer in this world…let us not wait till its too late.
our parents have done so much for us, what have we done for them in return or intend to do?
Tables have been turned. I have now started to help ease some burden of work from the shoulders of my dad as I graduated and started my career last year. But you are right, we all should.
Basically when Parents are in their Prime time of life, they strive and sacrifice to provide the best for their kids and when the time when the kids grow up..they turn around and do the opposite. So many times , even I remember myself saying to ami , ke ham ne tu nahin kaha tha ke Paida karein...but when u have your own kids thats when it finally dawns on you, how difficult of a journey they have gone through...And with me ...more difficult:D...and yes I have done tobah:D..
.I appreciate and understand so much more what my parents have gone through to raise us kids, and May Allah bless them all...I really think that there isnt anything tougher then the job of Parents!!
