wow - the menus sound so yummy and awesome … i want to be a guest too now :teary1: … u know what CB… i’m gonna esp plan a trip to liverpool and come to your house to eat all that food.. but my portion size is so small that i’d have to get there at 7 am.. stay till 10 pm .. and just eat and talk and eat and talk.. it’ll be so much fun :smiley: :hula:

I think I want to do Italian…:hmmm:

Okay so to start off with I will be serving chilled mocktails garnsihed with fresh mint! I know Roushie said it but I really enjoy serving them.

While Niks is waiting for the starter course, she will have fresh italian and sourdough bread served with roasted garlic butter spread.

The appetizer will be Caprese Salad (one of my favorites)! Buffalo mozzarella medallions with fresh tomoatoes drizzled with lemon-olive oil dressing and garnished with fresh basil!

The main course:

Juicy succulent chicken breasts loaded with italian seasoning but some extra spice because we desies love our food to have an extra kick!

Roasted red peppers, sauteed spinach and garlic in a creamy parmesan sauce.

Dessert will be cream cheese tarts topped with fresh fruit…this isnt really Italian but such a hit anyways.
