Anyone pulled off an orange color ? I’ve noticed they’re really in these days.

I think they were in last year but I wear them still. (these days it's brown Lipstick people are running after)

Yes I wore Lady Danger to a basketball game on Monday! First time trying it and I loved it.

I pulled off a matte/burnt orange lipstick at my mangni, many, many moons ago lol…way before it in vogue. It was a Clinique lipstick which has now been discontinued, which sucks, because it was my go to shade for a long time. I haven’t been able to find the perfect orange shade since

Orange turns pink on my lips. Not exactly original. Orange shades I use are mostly closer to natural, not really orange. Oranges/ bright reds were in last 3 years.

I mostly wear red, orange, brown and plum now a days.

Revlon Lip Butter in Tutti Fruti is awesome... such a lovely orange...it's not too in-you-face-bright... juat perfect for trying out orange.

^I've been curious about Tutti Fruti and Smoked Peach as well. But I will hold off on buying orange lipstick as I bought one when I was in Pak. The motherland has some gorgeous colors. It's a beautiful matte peachy-corally-orange shade and I feel it just brightens your whole face; it really compliments those yellow undertones. It's the first time I've heard of a brand called Tony & Tina...or something that...but I love the color. I was searching the bazaar for the same shade in another Desi brand but it's stores stopped selling it. Many products I love are suddenly discontinued; i wonder if T & T will have the sane fate. :/
Defo try Tutti fruti! Ur right tho in that orange really compliments desi skin tones... whenever i wear it it just warms up my whole complexion and idk... i love it lol.
My SIL tells me of some awesome brands in Pakistan but i didn't get a chance to properly shop for cosmetics. Next time i go i will fully investigate lol

Youre right and yes tony & Tina has been discontinued. I had their orange which look very light and fresh on my lips and also one by the body shop. Don't remember the shade names anymore but they were nice. I had almost all the shades for lips and nails by Revlon but stopped using because people said it trns the lips dark. Also I can't find "becute" anymore. Some Asian brand but very very pretty and quality shades. I was looking but can't find anymore.
Rivaj is overrated. Got their funky blue (nails) but very bad quality. Didn't buy more.

.okay this is crazy...
i typed above post post and the maid came to ask something. I went inside, was searching a drawer I hardly open to find something else & there I saw something sparkling silver. I quickly grabbed it as it looked like some old lipstick. And there I had tony & TEENA in my hand. Haha, can't believe it. Should have asked for something else this moment. The lipstick is all finished but the number is 785. No name of the shade only number. Very pretty fresh shade of orange.But guess this is not available in in the market anymore. The down side was, it didnt stay for long.

Sady, I have developed an intuition now about which products will be discontinued. I once bought 3 bottles of Smashbox's soft effects eyeliner.....only cuz I got a weird feeling it will be discontinued. And sure enough...a few months later... It was.
When I was typing the above post I had first written "Watch Tony and Tina be discontinued"....phir socha k is tarha nahi kehna chahiye...naza lag jaaye gi...so I changed it to "I wonder if that will happen to T&T." ....and post type karte hi ajeeb ajeeb feling aa rahi thi. And along u come...and tell me that it's been discontinued. :(

Lol, redvelvet, so sorry.
though I'm not much upset about any other name but becute was very pretty and very quality product. Would stay on 12+ hours. I got only 3 shades. One I lost and the other two one deep red & one in mauve still there but mauve one can't be worn casually as it has silver shimmer inside the lipstick. Good for late evenings only. I'm gonna try look for it again. And anytime you feel like that about any product, do PM me so I'll buy some good stock for both of us, hehe.

You’re lucky, you have easy access to some gorgeous colors. Some of them are better than the ones here. Even Medora and Swiss Miss have some lovely shades. And I’m not getting any weird feelings so I don’t think they’re discontinued.

Haha naah… Been hearing about Revlon & medora for as long as I can remember but heard the same thing for both that they darken the lips so tried them for a while but not anymore. Swiss miss, maybe I saw this one in market but didn’t pay attention.

^Depends on the color of the lipstick too. Darker colors are more likely to darken lips. You can try applying a light layer of foundation to lips before applying lipstick.
