^^ Okay redvelvet, thanks for the info. So next time I'm in the market, if I still couldn't find becute then medora it is. Or if I found tony & teena then will inform you. Also, yes you're right, being in Pakistan has its benefits :D I always missed Pakistan when living abroad. If I had to live abroad again, I'm sure gonna miss it much more because now I know of more benefits of living here.
@Sady, if you're searching for an orange lipstick...try the brand Glamorous Face. Don't know if you're familiar with it. I got it from Pak in Sept of last year...in the shade 06. It's a thick/chubby lip pencil that can function as a lipstick. It says "powdery matte" on the the pencil which is strange cuz...errr...I think lip pencils do have a matter texture any way. I did a google search for a dupe and the one that seems to match is Mac's Sounds like Noise...with a bit more peach in it.
actually I'm comfortable wearing more nude shades now because these days I'm not working and not going out much and heard this year nude shades are in as opposed to last 2-3 years (reds/oranges). To be honest, I'm quite tired of wearing reds and wanna try something completely different and I hardly wore natural shades before. I have never tried a sharp purple nail paint which is what I also plan on getting. These days I'm quite stressed out about another matter Which takes up most of my time. Hopefully, it should end by next month then maybe I'll have more time for myself.
but will check out your suggested stuff whenever am in the market next.
Purple is my favorite color, so that's the shade I immediately gravitate toward in nail polish. I have so many shades at home, lavender..muted mauvy-purple..midnight purple etc etc.
In my experience, bright orange lipstick doesn't photograph well. I know ox blood and burgundy shades are so in. It's the most befitting winter trend but I feel most of the times, those colours instantly age you. Very few people can pull them off, I'm still not sure about myself but I ended up buying Burberry Prune and Deep Burgundy anyway. It looks edge and dark, but I feel it's too statement-y. I love to make statement with clothes and accessories, but not necessarily with make up.
