pros: you can date as many as you want with out having to asnwer your parents
cons: if you can date someone with out telling your parents then likely chances are that you marry that person too without telling your parents

2- With approval of parent(s).
pros: maintains your respect infront of your parents and others.
cons: none

as for myself is concerned then
my input is going to be religion wise and its wrong.

and in any case i wouldnot call it a dating..i will call it a meeting with my future spouse to be.

parents approval is needed and one must take it there are only pros in that no cons at all. they should know where you are going and whom with…(applies to both girls and boys).

So in essence you are saying

Parents need to know what they are up to…

and

…when it comes to dating/ meeting opposite sex person(s) as prospects to be married…parents need to be in the loop for good and safer results.

No religion involved.
