not really I had a VERY GOOD online friend and we helped each other many times not exactly with money but with many other material things too. like she was in Pakistan and her brother was visiting some relatives in US (I am talking late 90s when Credit Card were not common in Pakistan). I bought tickets for him for within US travel. He paid me back once he was here. She on the other hand bought few things whenever I was in an urgent need to drop at my ammi’s place or nani’s place (she lived near my nani’s place).
