Quality of service and the customer service is just fine. You just don't want to appreciate their effort of making this available. Whining about a typo?? come on.
You are obviously not going to have a NICOP on a tray served to you on your dinner table. There is always room for improvement in any process. Its not perfect but what is? Be my guest and send your NICOP application to the embassy. That is your only alternative and its ugly.
Nope - the quality & customer service is NOT fine and there's LOOOOT of room for improvement. For a starter, they should fix their broken email system and understand that LIVE chat means LIVE chat ... as in ... put someone on the other end who can take the queries in real time rather than routing you to a dead-ended email.
As for appreciation, here's what I said earlier and I quote it here for you again

But if the idea behind offering online service is to make the process more convenient, then a put a little bit more effort into it instead of this half baked attempt

this is all they gonna get from me till they really catch up with the deficiencies they currently have.
But yes, the silver lining is that it DOES save us from those morons at the embassy/consulates who think they've done a great favor just by picking up the phone on the 20th attempt.
