Dubai does has it's set-backs NO doubt, but it is fair. The rules are uniform and the same for everyone, u won't be bailed-out within hours if u're chacha gives some 'waasta'.
I hate starting forum debates as they never end or make sense but how about I tell you this 'waasta' still exists and yes, your chacha can get you bailed out. I'd rather not state any specific examples but let me tell you it does happen more than you'd like to think.
Not that I have a problem with that because you know what, it happens pretty much everywhere. So not bashing Dubai, I still love it and yes, I love waasta! Its one of the things I miss in London loool!
