What I like the most about UAE is , its quite peaceful and organized place :k:

I like everything about UAE. Including the haters, the racists, the emiratis, the expensive shopping, the university, my house, my car, the area I live in, my friends, the mountains, the trees, the pollution, the cars, the metro, SZR, the malls, the hatta pools, the camels, the donkeys and so on and on and on.

Okay what else do i like about UAE is… I start missing Dubai if i do not visit it for 1-2 wks. Thats coz i like the shopping centers over there. Not necessarily I go there only for shopping, I guess i hardly go to dubai specifically for shopping only, but its the environment in the malls, the huge food variety, the cafes, get to see a lot of ppl from diff nationalities, usually there r various kind of activities going on there 24/7, so its fun watching all that. Its a good place for outing :k:

Having lived in the West for almost all my life, the two things I like about living in the UAE are:
1) The fact that you can get Halal food wherever you go and
2) That you have prayer facilities for men AND women almost everywhere
Even in Pakistan it is quite a problem to find a prayer facility for women when you're outdoors. That's because most of the Masajid there don't have a separate prayer area for ladies.

I LOVE that fact that you never have to worry about prayer place no matter wherever you are in UAE. There is this huge net of mosques and prayer halls thru out the UAE. And all of them are clean, air conditioned, scented and Qurans are availabe in each room.
And yes prayer facilities are provided to both men and women equally :k:

I like it that there are prayer facilities even in major petrol stations on the way to AUH and other places.. !
I like the old locals.
I like the uniformity (all men wear white, and all women black)
I like the shopping malls. Just about everything for just about everyone (except for a darn pasta machine)
I like the professional atmosphere in Dubai.
I like the peace of mind one has over here. (leaving my laptop in my unlocked car doesnt bother me).
I love the fact that its just 2 hours from Pakistan.

… I like living and working in the UAE , primarily because I love the hot climate…but mostly because I love the Islamic influence the UAE has- the mosques at every corner, the adhaan thats heard from every corner and place…and also the fact that I can walk into any restaurant and eat HALAAL food!!!

i've taken flights connecting thru most middle eastern cities like Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Bahrain, Musqat, Doha, Kuwait, Amman etc but never got a chance to go into the city. from the plane while landing/takeing off whatever i could see was good especiallly Dubai...very impressive. i've travelled to 5 continents and i hope to see Dubai from up close, insha Allah :)
