Asking yourself these questions is the first step…you’re thinking about it. But when you say that there’s no way out…is there REALLY TRULY no way out or do you just feel that way because you’re down? Make a list of goals you want to accomplish. Understand that some of them will take longer than others. Break them down into more smaller, achievable steps. Talk to your husband about it. He can help you make a plan…while also keeping responsibiliites (such as the kids) in mind.
I think it’s normal for everyone to feel that way at times. It’s also good to reflect over your blessings…there are so many in the world that don’t even have the most basic of things. I think one of the ways to make life meaningful is to help others…and there are so many ways to do that.
