They are very skilled in their international relations, despite the atrocities, racism, casteism, misogyny female infanticide they are considered a good nation. Arabs also want to be friendly to them

They haven't stood up against the West and guess where we live?

Can someone pass the popcorn, please?

All gone to Galwan theatre where 56 is the mighty hero, You will have to wait…

Thank you.

I had to read your sentence twice but later understood what you said when I read further.

Well, I agree, IOK is NOT Hindustan as a country.

But you did say approvingly, Hindustan IS one of worst countries in the world for Muslims.

Hmmm. Yes.

Slowly Arabs are finding out.
I think Qatar had some negative reactions towards Hindustan lately especially when it came to discriminatory treatments Muslims/Arabs received in Hindustan for possible or confirmed cases o COVID 19.

As for female infanticide, that’s still going on.

They can’t.

Saddam stood up against them and how did it work out for Iraq?

Not against West.
He stood up against Bush family. A family Feud turned in to international conflict killing millions to be exact.
Anyhow, It’s about Hindustani coward Govt.

Coward in the sense it only exploits and bullies the weaker group of people or countries.

I thought noone in the world marched for their western masters better than Pak Army, killing millions of their own people. Is that the definition of bravery?

You have no idea what you are talking about and that’s 99% of time you do.

You got my enough attention. Now lay off trolling.
The thread is about Hindustan in case you have reading comprehension issue.

How is it trolling? Pak army was proxy for US received billions in aid, bombed their own villages, US drones come in at will and kill anyone they please without permission
Do you know about Raymond Davies?

^ it is trolling when you disagree with OP. You do raise a good point.

Re which is the worst country for any minority community, the answer is, wherever the right wing bigots dominate, that would be the worst country for minority community. For example, in Pakistan, homosexuality is punishable by death.

Here, have some popcorn, friends.

Here is excerpt, from The Hindu on how minorities are treated in Pakistan. Pretty scary. Which begs the question, Is Pakistan the worst country in the world for minorities? Should religion of the majority rule roughshod over minorities? The answer is quite clear to sensible people. Cheers.

“The discriminatory treatment meted out to Hindus, Christians, Sikhs, Ahmadiyyas, the Baloch, Pashtuns and the Kalash people in Pakistan is well documented. In 2011, Human Rights Watch said that the brutality in Balochistan had reached an “unprecedented level”. In 1971, as many as three million Bengalis were killed by the Pakistani military, according to independent researchers. Pakistan is said to be among the worst places in the world for Shia Muslims. In 2012, gunmen pulled out at least 20 Shia Muslims from a bus and killed them in northern Pakistan.

Other minorities fare no better. Hindu women are routinely forced to convert to Islam, especially in rural Sindh. Asia Bibi, a Christian woman, was acquitted by the Supreme Court of Pakistan of blasphemy charges in 2018 after languishing for eight years on death row. In 2014, a Christian couple was burnt alive in Kasur, some 60 km from Lahore. Recently, a teenage Sikh girl was allegedly abducted and converted to Islam in Pakistan’s Punjab province.”

@Doppleganger yes China will soon become the worlds dominant super power and do you know how they treat Muslims?

Given the current situation, I would say true. As to why, well here is a non-exhaustive list of reasons, based on the past few months:

  • Discriminating against Muslims citizens using the CAA/NRC
  • Police (not all) allowing Hindu extremists to attack Muslims with impunity, many times not only failing to intervene, but also being actively complicit with them in both causing physical harm and damage to property.
  • Standing by as Hindu extremists commit violent acts but acting fast to impose sedition charges against peaceful protestors and apprehending them.
  • Scapgoating Muslims for the spread of coronavirus, when their ministers have also held large gatherings, even after the so-called lockdown.

I'll just add that though this current government is probably the worst there has been for Muslims in a while, it isn't particularly good for anybody else either.
