Do some today even with out weight to ease your pain.
I injured my knee, I didn't do any work out over weekend I am so upset. I am going to life1.

I know wasn't care full I came back from cycling and posted on GS got warmed down and then when for skating. and I I came home and relaxed, knee was painful :(
Its better now. I will go runnning tonite :)
The best form of exercise is sleeping.. burns the most calories.. and I LOVE it! I have recently started brisk walking..but the weather here is ugh!

Pick a time which is least hot e.g after/before fajer. or after sun goes down. Get shoes which breath, They have little whole on surface. drink enough liquid. Nest time tell if any body part gets too tired. We can work on training that,

Ok PM ...got a question for you. :)
My neck hurts while doing sit ups/crunches. It got a little better with some neck rotation/stretching excercises but there is no way I can do that 'Fingers to Heels' excercise from the above video, without killing my neck.
I try really hard NOT to put any pressure around the neck area but it always seems to be under stress.
What am I doing wrong?

Pay a visit to chiropractor. to make sure are not pinching a nerve or some thing. (only one visit no matter what he says)
Now there can be 1 of two things.
1-you make you neck muscle tired during the day.May be sitting in one position all day.
2-Awkward moment during the work out.
Now in both cases you need to make your neck muscle stronger. Its very easy.
I don't have access to youtube here but once I go home I find a video of beginner level neck workout and post it.
1-For stater ; lie down on your stomach on a bed. Slide your head out in the air.
like you on your stomach with head sticking out about from collar bone to beyond.
Now let your head drop slowly and then lift it up as much as you can easily.
2- Turn around on your back and do same. You can also do your sides too.
Now during the day, if you have a job to sit static all day, when ever you go to washroom and stuff rotate your neck gently in order to stretch it.
Let me know how it goes. After a while we can move you to advance level.

Yeah I've had the same thought in the back of my head... but being in denial didn't think it was THAT necessary to see a chiropractor.
