Just a few weeks ago walking was such a struggle for me . 10 minutes of walk and I would like to take a break. But Alhumdulillah I am over it. I run on treadmill for 30 minutes 3 to 5 days a week , still working on to make it 7 days a week and walking is not an issue any more.
But I would be interested to get all the pointers you have about all the activities above for the people who have problem with those activities.
Some of my friends wish to do one of those activities but find it hard.

When work out is more challenging like treadmill etc we should never ever do it all 7 days.
And you can alway cross train muscle in your case legs+stomach
Those two involved in running.
Now sit ups help you develop stomach muscles which help you you pull leg up while running.
And you can do stairs(starting from 8-10 laps). Or little up hill running to develop strength in legs.
Up hill don't have to me like miles and miles IT can only be those little humps in parks.
If you cross train your self you can get surprising results.
Now tell bhai to get you a mountain bike.
Biking works on leg area pretty quickly. And it helps stomach muscle get in shape real fast.
So what you do is walk 3-4 days a week and paddle 3-4 days a week.
Next year we are getting you a pair of skates. :ASA:
See now we are getting some where.
ITs all related. When you get stronger stomach/leg muscles(by biking) its will help you walk faster and for longer.
See how every thing come together in cross training?? I swear with little change in how we look at work out can make a major difference.
NO It wont give you a heart attack. You will love it. I see so many mom on bikes leading their kids(who are also on bikes.)
You will love it.
Do you know how hilly it is over here? My jaan will come out of my heart when I’m biking. :hinna: I’m too young to die…metay chotay chotay bachay hain.
On a serious note, I’m not THAT out of shape. I can handle it. Give me the boost PM. I can do it. I can do it
