im hardcore in kickboxing.....love the punching bag. I see huge results from it and at the end of class im dripping in sweat. The more sweat the more fat/calories u burn. I love it!
the only thing is....my fists turn tomato red :( i bought some gloves....will wear em today.
Is that even true? More sweat= more calories lost? I thought it was one of the exercising myths.
