Thanks PM, very helpful tips...i am thinking ill switch to cardio workout classes (like kickboxing or something) they offer at the gym (could do that twice a week) and on other days will cont. with my regular cardio routine.
now we are talking hardcore fitness. I once train a class of girls boxing. They all used to do every thing but boxing. May be or two if them actually did bag punching.
So I thought that no girl would be interested.
But its one of the best work out ever.
Let me know when you start I can train you in punching.
