hmmmm what kind of shape are you in?
What would be a most comfortable start for you? Let me know fast. I want to to know every one before I can help them get athletically fit.
I can run 3 miles (at 4.5-5 speed),
i can walk for hours but hate to do it...i get bored and start to run,
been going to the gym 4-5 times a week, but been working out on the elliptical (45mins) and thn a mile on the treadmill (10-12 mins).
what do u think PM...can u help me :) ?
