OMG, what happened to Nusrat Javed today? Generally he is much more composed than Mushtaq Minhas, looks like something really got on his nerves today. I wonder what it was? Was it the length of press conference. Probably the owners got scared after he started to impersonate Altaf Hussein and decided to take it off air.

That was the point – except it was just a mild impersonation of a fraction of the circus he put on television. Altaf is on heavy drugs prior to his public speeches, according to some.

If this is what Karachi votes for and passionately defends (a very debatable claim, mind you)....then there is absolutely zero hope.
He made Zulfiqar Mirza look like an Oxford schooled intellectual.

BTW, I tried watching 5 minutes of AH's press conf and I gave up. Just cannot tolerate the qawwali panaa of that guy. I just cannot understand how people sit and listen to his dialogue bazi for hours.
He is such a drama queen, he looks totally lost/drunk, over-does his act of 'speech with passion'.

No he was not always like that. I heard him live in 1990 (back when he was still in Karachi) and he used to be full of emotions but still appeared sane and normal. He almost evolved into this creature that he is now. It could be some medicinal affect or maybe some serious neurological disorder, who knows. MQM might be hiding his real medical condition because they know that name of "Altaf" cannot be removed from MQM if they want MQM to remain one party.

he confirmed mirza's statement about anti elements want to dismember Pakistan .. i read in news alerts on tribune .. so if half of mirza statement is right ... then im sure the other half is also right ... abt him being involve in working against Pakistan!

I think he is suffering from narcissism. I was wondering what other MQM leaders would be feeling when Altaf was presenting his show. Must have been very bashful.
I hope someone convince him to step down. He was looking insane.
