This is sensational. Nusrat Javed, the major television anchor associated with AAJ has resigned after his live program came under pressure from MQM to be halted. And now, Mustafa Kamal is having a very hard time explaining everything…this has never happened before.

Nusrat Javed on Capital Talk. Literally calling out MQM as being the real feudals. His words >> "Being held hostage for 4-5 hours. Fixing Mics, and this and that. And then being called Bayghairat by a British Citizen. Then being forced to "resign" by AAJ TV management due to "technical reasons". He says he was threatened that he should worry about his people's safety who probably want to go home safely." So he was fired by the management out of fear.
This is utterly disgusting.

Hamid is turning out to be a pretty balanced anchor.
BTW, I tried watching 5 minutes of AH's press conf and I gave up. Just cannot tolerate the qawwali panaa of that guy. I just cannot understand how people sit and listen to his dialogue bazi for hours.

This is a PR disaster for MQM. Their chief was mishandling the Holy book, banging it on his head and singing and dancing infront of it. I am a secular guy but I can see that people will be offended. Very much.

They should've left things at Kamal Mustafa's press conf. I know that Kamal made mistakes too, but at least he was presentable and people were really giving his POV some serious thoughts. Now the circus that AH put, took away everything that Kamal presented.

I must confess, for the first time in my life, i waited patiently to watch this PC and i waited for 4 hours for my connection to work but it kept get held. I couldnt watch the press conference and only thing i could see wasstickers.
