Okay, so questions for the ladies. After using the OCM to cleanse, should I be using a natural toner and then moisturizing also? Or is moisturizing overkill - and could I use the RH oil to moisturize?

1. I don’t use a toner afterwards.

2. Whenther or not you use moisturizer afterwards is upto you. I don’t b/c my skin doesn’t feel dry.

3. You can use ANY oil you want to do the OCM and also to moisturize afterwards.
