A very long reply and still no answer to the question. For your kind information, most of the fortune 500 companies offshore and a great amount of tech work is being done out of India. If the work done out of India was crap, these companies would have stopped offshoring.l understand it is difficult for you to think, but you could atleast try.
We the American people witness totally opposite to what you postulate here, hence your self praise has no recommendations.

Since you claim they work under you and you know that these people are paid so less, you are part of a system that is exploiting these people. It is like a sophisticated slave trade. You avoid all responsibility by paying minimum wage but it is still exploitation. Why do you work in such a place?

You know the main reason why work is outsourced not only to India but any other country is to improve the profit margin. Outsourcing is not an indicator of quality work but majorly the impact it has on corporate profit margins. Indian market is booming because you can hire 4 developers for the cost of 1 in US. Its simple mathematics that drives the avenues of business. Its unfortunate but thats how it is. There are definitely good professionals in all countries be it US, India, Pakistan, Russia, China, Brazil etc.
The dilemma is what is corporate America giving its people in return. US government is facing more burden with growing unemployment due outsourcing. Welfare demands are growing and welfare basically draws on peoples income and corporate unemployment insurance. Whats happening is more people are becoming dependent on government welfare and lesser are paying into it because of this oursourcing trend.

I do not aspire to make any claims to you or any one for that matter, yet I would like to answer your question even though I am not a protagonist of this discussion.
As you have accused me of being a part of the cartel that exploits and trade slaves, what would you wish me to do, tell my employer to extend to these Indians prodigious raises and heave them to be CEOs of the company or I quit working for them?

Who said that I have at any point ever been engaged in employing or am currently in a process of retaining employments of such people, another instance of smart Indian with absolute scarcity of sagacity to correctly impart my post(s).
I would like to rectify your misconstrued pertaining to the legal minimum wages in my state, for the record it is $7.21 per hour, thus, if someone was to be employed for the exact state minimum of $7.21 they would end up getting paid exactly $13843.20 per year, hence, it is quite generous of employer to round off their salary to $14000.00 per year and that, would be a whopping $156.80 (of course for an Indian) more than the state minimum, which I believe is fair enough for the people of such an ignoble degree of competence.

India outsourcing companies offers cheaper alternative for the more expensive western wages and costs, eventually when there is cheaper alternative to india the work will shift to the new country. I am happy if india can lift their people out of poverty i wish Pakistan government would do same but they so corrupt i don't have faith in them but in the people i have faith they can do anything if they put their mind to it.
