Who said that I have at any point ever been engaged in employing or am currently in a process of retaining employments of such people, another instance of smart Indian with absolute scarcity of sagacity to correctly impart my post(s).

I would like to rectify your misconstrued pertaining to the legal minimum wages in my state, for the record it is $7.21 per hour, thus, if someone was to be employed for the exact state minimum of $7.21 they would end up getting paid exactly $13843.20 per year, hence, it is quite generous of employer to round off their salary to $14000.00 per year and that, would be a whopping $156.80 (of course for an Indian) more than the state minimum, which I believe is fair enough for the people of such an ignoble degree of competence.

what do you have - a reading problem or a comprehension problem? I said prevailing wages and you are talking minimum wages! Regardless of what US state there is a federal mandate on comparable prevailing wages condition that employers have to satisfy if they are to import workers - whether from India or from anywhere. You claimed that you have bunch of Indians working under you for 14K…so my question to you is :

1. did you bring in Indians to pluck strawberries or clean toilettes at minimum wages? if you did you are going to jail because you are not supposed to do that - because these are not job categories eligible for imported workers (except under the migrant workers / field labor law which is almost totally used by Mexicans to COMMUTE work; I doubt if any Indian laborer will be commuiting to work for your from India or Mexico

2. did you bring in IT workers and paid them 14K? in that case you are going to jail because you did not meet prevailing wage conditions

3. or did you just make it up? in that case you will escape jail but can start eating crow
