OK so my 9 year old’s comments after playing Temple Run on my S3:
“Mom, your phone is really cool. There’s so much room on your phone! You have good taste ma!”
Then after I thank her for my confidence in me, she sees that her dad is listening so she says, “but looks like they copied everything from the iPhone.”
Congrats Niksik, welcome to the Android world, where you can customize everything, dont like the Samsung provided apps (system apps), there 100 of third party dialers, Launchers (kind of complete UI replacement), SMS apps, etc.
The best thing about android world is that you dont need iTunes or all those cables to install application on your phone or transfer files to/from your phone. And you can even download music/movies from the net and your S3 will play almost all the audio/video formats.
For easy app discovery and installation, go to play store on your computer browser, log in with your google account, install uninstall apps to your phone over the air.
For transferring files to and from the phone, install Airdroid on your phone, open a browser on your computer to go to the IP address provided by AirDroid.
S3 is a great phone, it looks huge till you got it in your hands and used to its size, all the naysayers should try it for once to see how large it is in real world, the best thins is the screen, its awesome with HD resolution (1280x720)
P.S: you could have got a Samsung Galaxy Nexus, its awesome with the Pure Android 4.1 (JellyBean) and GoogleNow (Siri's daddy)
BTW, whenever you see an iPhone 4s all they advertise is Siri. Siri is still a beta product. They can't even find a production feature to advertise. :D
PS: Niksik ur daughter is very smart with her 2 comments :)
