So lemme tell ya. The thing is - what’s the word for superawesomecoolsuperbhotfantasticallybrilliant? I’ve been playing with it for the past 4 hours and am just getting started with the endless features.
A few key observations:
The camera rez is brilliant.
I get to use the 4G network finally! I had an iPhone 4S, a great phone no doubt, but as it isn’t totally compatible with T-Mobile, my internet connection wasn’t up to par.
Since I bought my phone from a T-Mobile Store, they will factory unlock it for me for free.
Battery life is amazing. It wasn’t fully charged when I brought it home and I’ve been at it all afternoon/evening, still playing, downloading apps, etc., and it’s still at 32%!
It already comes with a whole bunch of apps that I have to play with, but even the ones I’ve downloaded seem to have more features than their iPhone versions.

Oh, and I’d like to take this opportunity to thank my husband who tolerates all my technological obsessions :D.

AHHHH YAY so I've been looking at an awesome plan and I have to pay $299 + tax and ofcourse there is a tab fee since the phone is $649! SO I MIGHT GET IT! A very small might!
In india the best price is 38500 INR..................:(
oh that's because we don't pay full price - either you have to have contract with the service provider for 3 years or pay a small fee every month. Unless you want to pay the full price upfront. $649 is about 35 000 INR.
It’s so amazing cdg. You’ve got to get it. The price you’re getting it at is really worth it. There’s so much on this phone. I haven’t even gotten through 10% of it, and I’ve had it since 5pm.

Well it’s for $650 here but I got it for that price because I have their service. Funny thing is that my service contract doesn’t allow me to upgrade my phone but today, they changed it and let me have the phone with no changes to the contract.
Later, all the dudes at the store were giving me a hi 5!
I don’t know if it’s luck or the power of positive expectations. Somehow deep in my heart, I knew I was going to get it. Didn’t know it would happen so soon, and today when I went to the Mall, I had no idea this deal was even on.

I'm happy when I have things I like and enjoy using. If I can afford it, I like to get it.
And then one MUST have a good phone. It's imperative.
(Don't get me wrong, I've used and enjoyed the iPhones I've had. Never thought of switching. But I do like to keep my options open, and I felt that I wasn't getting the most out of my iPhone AND I needed a larger screen. And oh, the S3 is lighter too. Read about the S3 when it came out, it caught my attention, and here we have it!).
