As they say, you dont know when you will fall in love ! around me, I have witnessed several cases where people have found love in their workplace ..
Question is , should the relationship be disclosed to the team? what is the best way to go about doing this ? tell the manager first and then the team? inform the HR first , incase it is part of your contract ?
Or would you simply choose not to disclose it unless caught !

If there are regulations for it eg no romantic relationships with direct reports etc then whether or not the team is informed, HR must be and the bosses.
Now let's say no HR regulations are a factor, then it's really nobody's business. Ppl can be told or not told.

The only thing that comes to my mind while kis se ki jaaye and kis se nahin is only when it comes about religion and balkay kuch cases me out of religion bhi ho jati hay.. So… Mohabbat is not something that is done intentionally!! I know a couple… who gave us their shadi card and card p name parh ke aankhen khuli ki khuli reh gayeen… lol 
kyunke they both were from the same workplace!! And later on we came to know that their affair ran for almost 3 years!!
