As they say, you dont know when you will fall in love ! around me, I have witnessed several cases where people have found love in their workplace ..

Question is , should the relationship be disclosed to the team? what is the best way to go about doing this ? tell the manager first and then the team? inform the HR first , incase it is part of your contract ?

Or would you simply choose not to disclose it unless caught !

If it’s not harming the way you do your job, I don’t think it’s anyone elses business.

A girl at work the other day was telling me she’d like to get into a secret relationship with someone at work but when they see each other at work they will be professional around each other but do there thing outside of work. I was like “Oookaayyy..”

I never disclose these type of things to any one in my office throughout my career

Lol X2 .. Chokidaar office nai ghusnay dai ga , if relationship comes to turmoil !

I think its important to disclose coz it can go against one if they get found by the senior most. So to protect yourself against any kind of negative interest, its best to disclose it
