As they say, you dont know when you will fall in love ! around me, I have witnessed several cases where people have found love in their workplace ..
Question is , should the relationship be disclosed to the team? what is the best way to go about doing this ? tell the manager first and then the team? inform the HR first , incase it is part of your contract ?
Or would you simply choose not to disclose it unless caught !
If it's not harming the way you do your job, I don't think it's anyone elses business.
