There can be two interpretation of this nick.
1. AS DMD himself explained that he is a Dhamaka Kind of a guy and he wears Dhoti , so dhoti main dhamaka is very appropriate.
2. Loud noise in dhoti. Which for some people is offensive and for some it is darn plain funny.
I do not know the ratio of those who find a fart offensive to those who find it funny. I would like to know which kind are in majority ?
The second interpretation will apply to those who have very active imagination and start hearing those loud noises when they read his nick. No ?
a wee while ago , yea not very long , some joke was quite funny for my and others' liking.. But it was removed :)
O yea it was noticed after being there for some time , some as this DMD nick . But people used their very active imagination and started having verbal diarrhea when they read that joke :)
Now the very same bunch of people are contradicting their own stance ! aint they ?

Kyun? ur nick is shab which means night and i can assume alot of things in my head that things happen at night in bed.But does it make ur nick offensive? No right because its me assuming and when u registered for the nick ,you may have nice intentions .same goes for DMDs nick
But do nicks really matter ?i thought its what you write with ur nick.

Either way , this sub forum didn’t work out for you guys , as you intended
False advertisement , as every one from GS team is answering and expressing his/her views here , we had feedback forum for that , hadn’t we ?
Or they cant read , or may be they are intentionally ignoring that ‘ GS Director and Channel Managerswill respond to your concerns ‘ part . :D

Shab: you started the thread cause you never came across the nick before .. I understand that explanation. Now you got your answer in my post number 73. I appreciate you raising the concerns and thanks for understanding.
ALiyish, your concerns has very little to do with Shab's original post. You can start a new thread to voice your concerns. The example of those "RUDE" comments that you gave in your first post are good enough to start a new thread. If your concerns are genuine, there is a very little reason for you to piggy back ride on every thread in feedback, and you can start a new thread of your own. As you can see, your disucssion totally derailed this thread

Aliyish, my team is not my servant, they are not robots, they have feelings just like you so when get ticked, they have equal right to express their discomfort.

what about your favorite ' keep the thick skin alive ' line :) where its gone now or they don't listen to your good advice :)
Go and search any of these threads and see who got ticked first ! As a moderate , aint they supposed to have a thicker skin than a general user like me :)

We all need that thicker skin, but thick skin does not mean that mods should be tested and questioned at each and every act of theirs and words they use. You are not the only one who challenge their position and tell them what should be the right way of doing their job. They probably listen to that 10 times a day from many. People take their names and start threads, post messages, upload voice recordings and mock them by embedding funny videos. And all that because Mods did not agree with them and rather followed GS policy.
Just the fact that some of those people are still surviving is the proof enough that Mods have that thick skin. In fact very very few people ever get a warning or ban because they were insulting mods. If we start applying the same policy about insulting mods, that we apply for insulting members , we would be banning an average of one person a day, just because of that.
