Occupied Palestine...

Re: Occupied Palestine...

And who are you to say that you don't? Are you a Palestinian and have you walked in their shoes? They can do whatever the hell they want. The cycle of violence will always continue till one side suffers a complete defeat. And for self-respecting Muslims and people, a complete defeat means complete genocide. The French resistance did the same thing when they were taken over by Germany, even though they had less than 10% of the French people's support.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Nonissue. All that would have mattered only if there was no war. Jews moved to Palestine for whatever reason, we could have handled that issue before. But that never happened. Instead they were attacked and surprisingly won. If someone is a squatter you cannot wage war on them, lose, retreat, and then complain they have your land. You waged war and took a gamble: win or lose. You cant lose and then say "oh...you have my land now... lets go back in time and talk things through".

You need to understand I'm not saying the Palestinians have no right to fight. By all means, they have every right to wage a war on anyone they want. Heck, go attack Australia for all I care - but deal with the possibility you might lose. Problem with the Arabs is they love waging wars whenever they want but cry foul when they get their asses kicked. You cant have it both ways.

What i'm opposed to is the BS that believes Israel is illegitimate. The fact of the matter is Israel, as it stands today, has defeated the Palestinians in a war and as victor controls their territory. Israel is a legitimate state. Disputed? Yes. But still legitimate.

Heck, who knows... maybe in 25 years the Palestinians will get an army to fight back and win.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

palestinians do not like muslims coming in and making palestine an islamic cause.

they are sick and tired of muslims making palestinians look like a bunch of fanatics, when they are clearly not.

these same muslims also want the eradication of the palestinian christian minority from palestine as well.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Right, and that's why the most famous Palestinian freedom fighters have been Christian themselves.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Nope, only famous Palestinian crazies have been Muslim. Muslims like you forget a true freedom fighter is someone that values the life and freedom of all innocent people. People like Edward Said have had a far greater positive impact than your posterboy terrorists.

BTW, just because you care so much: he was Christian.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Like Zionists did with Sabra and Shatila and Jenin? Killing thousands of innocents in refugee camps? Men, women, children all were bayoneted so I can well imagine them being your freedom fighters...

On a side note: My professor of Islamic history and civilization is a Maronite Christian and his family still lives and works with Muslims in Palestine to liberate it from the clutches of Zionism...

His name is Steve Tamari...

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Invest in some reading lessons deary. We were talking about Christian contributions. I'm willing to bet Christians would be living in peace today if Muslims weren't around to blow themselves up.

If you want to talk about Zionists killing thousands of people please be honest enough to mention how many innocent people Muslims have killed as well. If it was a competition Muslims would win 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

More to the point perhaps, there has never been a war between two democracies. Christians have chosen this form of government and over the past century the level of absolute violence has actually declined.

That Muslims have chosen, or have had thrust upon them, various coup leaders, kings, shahs, princes, war lords, clerics with militias, and every other form of despotic regime has virtually guaranteed them endless conflict. My belief is that a modern Islamic democracy similar to Modern Turkey is the form of Government that will assure the purity of Islam while remaining prosperous, reasonably non-corrupt, and technologically advanced.

Do you really think that any sort of peace could have been achieved with Arafat in charge?

Israel is surrounded by enemies, and the Palestinians are living in abject poverty while the Jews are thriving. To think that 30 more years of Jihad will do anything more than turn Gaza into the next Mogadishu is pure fiction. Rant away all you want about "Occupied Palestine".

I am sure you are safe and warm, and you are very trendy when it is not your ass on the line. At some point the people of Palestine simply want peace, prosperity, dignity and safety to raise their children. Typing "Occupied Palestine" from a comfy flat in London pretty much ignores the disease, pestilence, poverty and hopelessness that is the current life for Palestinians.

And pray tell, where did you get the idea that I am a Muslim? I don’t pray, fast, and I drink alcohol. Quite an assumption on your part thinking that I am a Muslim. And which innocent people are you talking about?

All Israelis are to be conscripted and will eventually have Palestinian blood on their hands. Innocents? Those are called collateral damage in war.

Ye, I agree. When I said freedom fighter, I include Said in that group.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Sabra and Shatila was a Christian contribution. Christians can be Zionist collaborators. Maybe you should invest in some history lessons.

A bet you would lose because Christians are still Palestinian and would still be subjucated as lowly goyim.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

If you are so concerned about Zionists and talk about putting asses on the line, why don't you offer them Texas and let them call it Israel? That would certainly bring a lot of peace to the world...But then, putting other people's asses on the line is an age old American forte...

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Sure...Stalin was a Muslim...World wars 1 and 2, Vietnam, Hiroshima and Nagasaki, the Khmer Rouge, occupations of different lands, the wiping out of indigenous peoples in South and North America and hundreds of other examples were all perpetrated by the Muslims...

Take Moonshiner's advice...Invest in some good history lessons...Maybe you'll get 1st 2nd or 3rd place...

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Are you off your rocker? Or do you like going off on tangents for fun?

We're talking about Palestine here!

Re: Occupied Palestine…

Well, you were talking about Muslims killing others…

But let’s talk about Palestinians as you wish to change topics…

According to you, if killing others is concerned, then Palestinians (Not Muslims) would take 1st, 2nd and 3rd place?

Then click here…

Maybe you’d like to change your tune from Palestinians to something else now…

Take Moonshiner’s advice…Take some history lessons…

Re: Occupied Palestine…

The UN made that decision, and you can’t believe that Jews did not have a similar historical claim to the area. Big hint–before there were Christians or Muslims in Jerusalem, there were Jews, (and a bunch of Romans). Think about it…

Never mind three Wars which they have won defending the area, they seem to be settled in. A big nuclear arsenal pretty much cinches the fact that they will not be pushed into the sea anytime soon.

In the meantime, the Palestinians cannot even muster a low level Intifada anymore. The Persians send them money so they will occasionally blow up a Jew or two, but make no doubt about it, the Palestinians have lost. LOST.

How bad is it?

Sewage ‘tsunami’ kills four in Gaza

At least four Palestinians drowned in a tsunami of raw sewage on Tuesday when a water treatment reservoir burst, flooding a village in the northern Gaza Strip. The deluge, triggered by the collapse of a septic system aid organisations had long warned was dangerously overburdened, submerged dozens of homes in the Bedouin farming village of Umm al-Nasr beneath a cesspool of foul-smelling effluent.
Two women, one more than 70 years old, and two toddlers aged one and two died in the flood. Fifteen people were injured and scores more are still missing, according to Palestinian medics.
Village children clung to wooden doors floating on the putrid waters as rescuers used boats to help the victims.
“The situation is very bad,” village mayor Ziad Abu Thabet said, comparing the disaster to a “tsunami.” “Around 70 percent of the village houses were flooded by the waters,” he said.
Palestinian television and radio opened their news broadcasts by also describing the disaster as a “sewage tsunami.”
Newly appointed Palestinian interior minister Hani al-Qawasmeh rushed to the scene to inspect the damage, but angry villagers chased him off by firing guns at his convoy and wounding two policemen, witnesses said.
As far back as January 2004, UN aid agencies in the Gaza Strip had warned that the north Gaza sewage treatment facility was operating far beyond its capacity and posed a grave danger to nearby residents.

Designed to serve just 50,000 people, the plant at that time was handling waste from 190,000 Gaza residents.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Yes, those were the Semitic Jews of Palestine, most of whom throughout the centuries became Christian and later on, Muslim; i.e. the Palestinians today; the descendants of the subject Jews in your post.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

So, if Native Americans today lay claim to the USA as their ancestral lands and lead an armed conflict to evict the whites, the government ( and yourself) will recognize this as their legitimate right to exist and take over North America?

Good going OG...

Then one question arises: Kuwait was part of Iraq before the British occupiers divided it and formed Kuwait...

When Saddam took over Kuwait as belonging to Iraq, why did the UN not recognize his claim and accumulated 49 countries as part of Security Councils in a week to oust Saddam? In fact, Saddam's taking over Kuwait was pretty much bloodless...So why didn't the UN Security Council recognize Iraq's right to claim their ancestral land?

Re: Occupied Palestine...

LOL!!!

When did Americans ever lay claim to their land? It belongs to the Natives!

Israel will be dealt with :) no doubt about that.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

Bloodless? Saddam? Are you fu****g out of your mind?

Saddam didn't like the way the Kuwaitis were drilling for oil, potentially draining Iraqi reserves. Saddam owed the Saudis and Kuwaitis billions. They financed the war against Iran, under threat of bombardment from Saddam if they did not pony up the money. They were demanding repayment. Look up the Paris Club.

So here is the real rub. Guys like you will argue any point without really asking about right and wrong. Here you are presenting Saddam as someone who is righteous in some bizzare fashion, when by all estimates, Saddam probably killed 400,000 to 700,000 Muslims in his own country. Muslims should have been howling for his head. There should have been mass protests in the streets of every Muslim capital to bring Saddam to the Hauge for trial.

Instead some panty-waste like you uses Saddam as some rational for the non-existance of Israel. WTF?

Here you have a bonafide genocidal leader who has killed hundreds of thousands of Muslims in cold blood and you are worried about Israel?

Are you bent?

The Jews in their 60 years of the existence of the state of Israel have not killed as many Muslims, nor displaced as many Muslims as Saddam did in half that time. But what the heck, let's blame the Jews. A billion Muslims can rot under corrupt and vile leaders, but as long as we can blame the Jews for our misery it's all good! And so much easier! Rather than reform the Islamic world, a rather hard bit of work mind you, as long as the focal point of Israel remains, the despots are safe.

Cigarette companies market addictive death as cool and people buy it. Muslim despots tell you to hate the Jews, to focus your anger outward, so that you do not focus your energies at them. You are a frikkin' lemming.

Now I remember why I need a periodic break from this place.

Re: Occupied Palestine...

By who? You? Your children? Your children's children? For over 50 years you have told the Palestinians this lie. Stop using the Palestinian people as pawns in an effort to deflect the real problems plaguing the Muslim world.
