And that was during when Saddam was the apple of US administration’s eyes while fighting Iran…This happened during the 80s…So how come a 20 year old story now holds so much water that it legitimises an invasion of Iraq? In fact, no news was reported of Saddam having gassed his own people till now…The picture of Rumsfeld shaking hands was all over the internet during those times…

And why should Muslims call for his head? Why didn’t your people call for Lincoln’s head when he deployed his troops to fight against a southern insurgency? Because as president of the US he had every right to quell any uprising in his country…
As for Kurds, they had allied themselves during the Iran Iraq war with the Iranians…By all reports (Not available to intellectually blind, biased or blockheaded people) the Kurds had taken the opportunity of the war to lead a a full scale rebellion against Iraq by attacking Iraqi mainland…As president of his country, he did the right thing…He moved against the rebellion to quell it…Just like Lincoln…Just like Waco…Just like the Texas Militia…
