hillary's tactic is that she just wants to damage obama enough that he does not win so she has a shot in 2012.

Obama is neither racist nor does he hate America, much the opposite. He's a leader who can bring back pride, respect, and dignity to America all which have been severely damaged under George W. Bush. McBush will simply carry on the has been politics of the old which are destine to continue to drive America down at a time when new powers are emerging and we can't afford to let this happen. It's time for the new American order where the people rather than special interest groups have more power and say. Where hope rather than fear dictate our policies. And there is no doubt Obama is a political elitist, he stands above many of the cookie cutter politicians we have today, and that is a good thing.

And before you bring up Rev. Wright keep in mind McCain actively pursued the endorsement of Rev. Rod Parsley, a televangelist. Parsley called on Christians to wage war against Islam. Wage war on Islam Kaleem, this is a man who McCain sought after for an endorsement. McCain got the endorsement if you were wondering. Quiet disappointing, no? Kaleem after 8 years aren't you tired of disappointment, isn't it time for a change?
UTD, do we need to revisit Jermiah Wright sermon again (I am sure it has been discussed here before). Please, that guy lapped it up for 20 freaking years, his wife was never proud of America till the day her husband won a primary....these are not the people we should be putting in charge of our country. These wicked evangelicasl spew hatred toward Islam, advocate wars based on biblical mandates and argue that hurricanes occur because God hates gays.
You know what's racist? Praising and respecting these white evangelicals that make racist, Islamophobic, warmongering statements, even inviting them to the whitehouse. He did it reluctantly. Dont forget he attended his church for 20 years. It is the same guys hwo performed oObama's wedding ceremony. Obama said again and again that the controversial comments by Wright were just snippets of some negative things but over a 20 year period he had learned a lot of positives from Wright. Obama no doubt was disappointed and surprised when Wright, with this national limelight, decided to continue on with the negativity created from the snippets the media had grabbed a hold of instead of turning it around and bringing people together hence Obama's decision to distance himself from him.

How do you know the content of Wright's sermons? Or what his views have been for the past 20 years? It was post 9/11 he made the controversial comments, not his Sunday sermons for the past 2 decades. You have no clue what his preached from the pulpit.
Anyway, why is that different than conservatives still seeking support from hate mongers even after they have been sharing their ignorant comments with the world for years? McCain lip locked on TV with Hagee after his anti-Catholic and other sewer views were on record.
