23+23=46 23 pairs of chromosomes in the human DNA right
like someone said before the Qur'an is itself the biggest miracle. But the little miracles in the Qur'an show how marvelous it is, and the great details that the Qur'an was revealed with.
And the biggest miracle that It was revealed 1400 years ago, yet every detail remains the same.
Does Quran claim there are 23 pair of chromosomes in human DNA?
Does Quran claim there are 23 pair of chromosomes in human DNA?
Nope..
I have seen one query which the great logical gymanst Dr Naik too avoids..
Quran claims that in womb it creates bone first and then decorates it with flesh.. Now we know at no stage of foetus development bone precedes flesh it is always otherwise..
Every time Dr Naik gets asked this question he goes on tangent talking about everything but this specific anomaly..
So what should one infer from this
Re: Numerical Miracle in Quran !!
^ so in this case, we cannot claim, if Quran's claim about number of chromosomes is right or wrong, since there is no such claim to begin with.
Dr Naik, just projects himself.

From this website it seems to me that first bones are made and then muscle, then as bones develop in turn the muscle develops.
If what you are taking to be flesh is cellular material then even bones begin in this way. Rather they are first very similar to any other types of cells, they go on to become cartilage and then harden to become bone.

This ayat is not about 19 as a number it is about 19 angels and it should be viewed only in that way. Read the narrative of how these verses came to us and you will see just how wrong you are …
19 angels according to Ibn Kathir (RA) alludes to a number of angels found in the older scriptures. This is one of the great signs in that one of the great things Allah (SWT) created i.e. refering to Hell as an entity …
The thing is you can’t separate the verses from the Tafsir because in transmission the commentary was transmitted with the verses through the generations, until it reached Ibn Kathir (RA) who was one amongst others who told us what happened and why when these verses were being revealed.
MATHEMATICAL MIRACLES OF QURAN
There are many examples of this fascinating Quranic aspect. One example of this is the number of repetitions of certain words in the Quran. Some of the examples are given below:
* The statement of "Seven Heavens" is repeated 7 times. The creation of the Heavens (Khalq-as-Samawat) is also repeated for 7 times.
* Day (yowm) is repeated 365 times in singular form, while its plural & dual forms (day i.e. ayyam & yawwaym) together are repeated 30 times. The number of repetitions of the word "Month" (Shahar) is 12.
* The number of times the words "World" (Dunya) & "Hereafter" (Akhirat) are repeated is also the same i.e. 15.
* The word Satan (Shaitan) is used 88 times, as the word Angles (Malika).
* The word faith (Iman) is repeated 25 times throughout the Quran as is also the word infidelity (kufr).
* The words "Paradise" & "Hell" are each repeated 77 times.
* The word "Zakat" is repeated 32 times & no of repetition of word "Blessing" (Barkah) is also 32.
* The words "summer-hot" & "winter-cold" both are repeated for 5 times.
* Reward "air" and "action" (feil) are both repeated 107 times.
* The words women & Men each 23 times that is also showing the number of chromosomes.
* The words "trouble" & "peace" repeated each for 13 times.

perhaps none of us would really look into all this and verify if all this is true. even if we think that it is true, so what?
I will take one example. that 365/30/12 statement. by that i think people are implying that it looks like the most commonly used calender has been given by the Quran. but there are many other calanders that dont even adhere to those divisions. so it is nothing more than a coincidence that these calculations have come out like the gregorian calender.
personally i feel sad when people try these gimmicks to prove that their faith is the better one. there are much better ways to prove that.
Are you kidding me bones are created after ossification and everythign starts with liquid and ends in solid even in emybryo at no stage bone precedes flesh The process is called ossfication.. I think you need to inquire little more.. there is no doubt on that in scintifc community and this is even logical things star from liquid then semi-solid and then solild.. Trust me if Dr Naik avoids this question then there is nothign wrong in the question his polemical gymansium has not found any explanation for this yet..

See this is the attitude that muslims have these days. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but if some entertainment bolly/holly news was given people would happily read it and reply to it. But because it's an Islamic post, you think it might be fake or people are "trying to prove their faith". If you think those that are islamic or care about their religion are fakes, than thats your problem. Don't try to judge others.
I posted this because i read it somewhere and it sounded amazing, how there's a miracle in everything. if you don't want to believe it then don't, no ones forcing you to
Ok. So, what you are saying is that because Ibn Kathir did not understand the allegory of 74:31 means he is correct? GOD is stating the very same verse that it is an allegory meaning the obvious meaning is NOT what it means. It is in the same verse.
Basically, you are saying you trust fabricated hearsay over clear the Quran. The verse is clear. Only those with doubts and the disbelievers do not understand the allegory of 74:31. Consequently, take the literal meaning…just like GOD says they will do. Your lack of belief in GOD’s revelations is apparent.

Ossification is the process by which bones emerge, it is the hardening of that tissue that is destined to become bone. This process of ossification precedes the formation of muscle which should be viewed as 'flesh' not all cellular matter. Muscle has to attach on to something, but to use the word flesh unwisely as though it refers to all soft material is the problem you have.

if you think Quran should be treated in the same way that we treat Holly/Bollywood trash news, then by all means please keep posting these things. but dont you think that would be an insult to the Quran?

Nitpicking aside noone in this world denies the fact that solid mass called bone never happens befpre relatively less solid which is flesh.. Quran's claim is first we create bone and then decorate with flesh..

Do you really think i meant that. have you seen how excited people get when they hear new/daily gossip. That's exactly what i mean people seem to believe that garbage about their live, who's breaking up etc... but when it comes to religion people just want proof.
why is it so that who ever posts something about slam they're thought to be either "proving their religion" or "are making up all the stuff"
If you really doubt the miracles and you think that someone would just waste their time posting this, try reading some books for yourself and obtain knowledge rather than bash others. no offense intended

Not sure why but it never seemed out of the ordinary to me... not 5 years ago when I first heard about these patterns, and not today.
Ever pondered what the Message itself is saying? Did that move you? If not, I'd be concerned...
