It varies mate, depending on the level of hotness involved, and I believe also on the pattern of blood flow at that particular time period.

It also depends on the target's reactions. You can tell right away if something is to gel or not. Also with paki girls it is good to notice the rate of resistance decay. If the resistance to your advancement decays, do try harder.
I also have a standard rule. If I haven't secure a date within a month, bah I might as well move on.

I think it depends on the chanced you have with the girl.
If you think you have 100% chance but instead you get kick in the pants... then NO use trying again.
If you think you have Zero chances then you can just keep trying till your odds get better.
