I know that we are supposed to read Duaa before a husband and wife indulge in sexual intercourse, but i have also noticed that it tends to change the mood into a more solemn state just because its the word of Allah.
Any other married ladies experience that?

Praying before sex indicates to me prayer-overload. Does God really require that during such an intimate time? Of course it would change the mood if it is a sincere prayer! God should be a big part of our life but to pray to Him at such times seems disrespectful and kinda gross. Our thoughts should be more pure and spiritual when communicating to Him.

you’re right.. it very well could have been that messengers chosen from humans and angels were also meant to serve as messengers for the jinn of those times.. however 6:130 does put jinn very close to humans instead of that traditional scary ood balao kind of depiction

well not expereinced but i was thinking that reciting duas would put me into a spiritual mood and make me wanna go for hajj rather than have…umm.. intercourse with my hubby.
“before the sexual act” maybe they mean to say that one can read duas in the morning or something and get devilish at night or something LOL
well, also makes me wonder… why why why why… i mean why do humans need to feel “devilish” to have sex? i mean why cant they feel spiritual and have sex? wont they conceive an angel if they felt spiritual and had sex? can somebody explain or is it off topic?

this is a little sensitive topic ....i hav read all ....mostly things are right ..but
there are sompoints that i dont know abt and think that they are not right as there is no ref mensioned .......
Ahadis are quite right ..1 thing that iwant to mensioned that there are alot angels around us ......All the tim ...its better to covered the body as much as u can ...these angels are there for our protection and ...they are our well wishers as well
There are shateen as well .....if u r more pious more angels will be out there for u ......But at least 1 thing we we must consider that .....koi hoo ya na hooo ....Khuda too har Jiga hai ...............

I think there is a difference between Jinn & Shaitan (Satan) And to answar the question in straight words if he or she feels ok and no one is seeing then It is fine as far as Jinn are concerned i dont think they exist in such a way that they live in our houses and actually share beds with us it just can not be right.

haha ha ha. I have been living alone for the past (almost) 2 years and have traveled around the world alone. Besides, I know and say all my duas regularly, before sleep and wake-up dua, leaving and entering home dua, before and after food, before and after using restroom, before and after wuzu/shower, journey etc (alhumdulillah). Don't worry, am more scary, they will be scared of me lolz :D Allah muaaf keray.

What I don't understand is what you define as "nudity" ?
You all think nudity only pertains to women where as i say, nudity also pertains to me. Seems that people here, boys and girls are just stuck with nudity only attributed to women.
