You all think nudity only pertains to women where as i say, nudity also pertains to me. Seems that people here, boys and girls are just stuck with nudity only attributed to women.
Coz it was a gal, Sara516, who asked a particular question about if it is okay that she walks around in the house wearing little clothing.....lol

Well, I learnt that it is sunnah of Prophet Muhammad :saw: to say certain duas, such as before entering the bathroom/restroom (i.e. seeking refuge of Allah (SWT) from shaitaan and khubaith), and while leaving the bathroom (thanking Lord for relieving or getting rid of what was not healthy for the body). Other duas such as before going to bed i.e. Oh Allah, I die and come back to life in your name. This is to acknowledge God’s complete sovereignty on our life and death. Waking up in the morning is like coming back to life.
I think if you read the thread in details, people who have posted duas have also posted the reasons quite clearly, including the reason for saying a dua before making love.
And only Allah knows the best!

Coming back to original topic ....
If Jinn are in (potentially) soo in love with human bodies - how come they don't go after white chix? Who reveal themselves, maybe less hairy, maybe better up keep, good chance they won't receit something that maybe discomforting for Jinnz (since they don't know any ayaats).....
Why don't we see much cases in western world?
I will appreciate if we can keep the answers from Quran ONLY (have my reasons). Also reading from this thread, the Quran aya says that Jinn have offsprings - it doesn't say FROM HUMANS.

There are many types of Jinns (shayateen, ghilan, qareen). Shayateen are the bad Jinns. What is the goal of the Shaytaan & Shayateen? **To lead people astray! **In other words, to misguide people from the right path, to the wrong path. So, what is the point of leading astray somebody who is already headed in the wrong path?

Ok. when U start a thread, ppl respond according to their level of awareness, their frame of references and of course their mood at that time. So don’t be so harsh.
Now Haram is a term used exclusively for those acts that are explicitly forbidden by Allah (Subhanahu Wataa’lah). Staying nude at home has not been forbidden explicitly but as we study the guiding principles of Islam, we develope a special understanding of this beautiful religion. And anyone with this kind of understanding will dislike this. There many things that affect our personality directly. Being fully or partially clothed, or being naked cxertainly has its effects on us. I suggest you just study (not read) Al-Quran and the Hadith of the Great Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu Alehe Wa Alihi Wasallam). All the Dos and Don’ts in life are merely for our own good. One only realizes this fact after a bit of study, and of course practice for it explains everything and we don’t need to ask others.

@LKC: There maybe different types of Jinns. But is there goal is really to astray us from Islam? Didn't we established that - They are like humans, they have families, they have needs, they do $ex (with lady Jinnz)... In essence, They have personalities and desires (and brains?). It only make sense that They do what they do for THEIR OWN reasons, not to guide / astray us.

i have heard numerous accounts where a jinn falls in love with a human. I heard thats its actually true as well.
I also heard how a woman was possessed by a jinn, because of her hair once she came out of the shower..
its better to be careful--
but n e ways-----not only is Allah(SWT) watching over all of us...but i dunno i wudnt ever feel comfortable...:S
