After MQM, its clear that all parties who didnt consolidate their party structure are being haunted.
One thing I dont understand is that why a court has to order who should be the person to run the party. Unless someone within the party gives the petition.
For example, I dont think in US a court can tell democratic party that Hillary cannot be their president or the republican party that Trump cannot be theirs. Its supposed to be the party decision not court.

Perhaps because in US the political parties do a self-audit and hold their party members accountable (at least in theory), unlike in Pakistan.

The problem is that in Pakistan every party is based on a personality. This has to change for democracy to flourish.
So PML(N), there should be no ‘N’ in the name, should take it as a blessing in disguise. Have SS as the party chairman for now but let the new leadership come over thorugh intra-party elections.
Have the party leadership grown not imposed.

PML (N) should have a deal with PPP; go to the parliament, make legislation and include military and judiciary to the scope of article 62 and 63. There shouldn’t be any exception, no sacred cows. Impeach these ******* generals and judges who are playing with the ass of 200 million Pakistanis.

Problem is, NS did the same with PPP in its last tenure, involving Army and Juduciary, be it long march or going to court on MEMO gate!!!

Call Raheel Sharif back to Pakistan and put him on trial for APS and other terrorist activities in Pakistan. Let Raheel Sharif and Jawed Ashraf Kiani face JIT’s to explain the APS attack and Abbotabad Operation. Why none of them resigned after their failure?
Amend the Constitution and make all these judges disqualified who took oath under PCO.
Make all judges take oath again and make them swear if they take oath under PCO in future and validate a military dictator using the doctrine of necessity, the punishment will be death as an act of treason against the state.
Ask these judges why they failed to stop Musharraf from running away, ask them why they failed to call him back.

PML (N) has not much to lose, it is already completing the term. Do no die alone, make it a suicide attack on these a$$ holes in Rawalpindi and Islamabad both. These Pendoo generals and dahi lassi judges need a good lesson to learn.
Take your case to UNO and explain how these two institutions in Pakistan are violating basic human rights and have derailed democracy again and again in this country.
No bloody institution has the right to rule us, we the taxpayers are paying high remunerations and benefits to these a$$ holes. We the people are their masters, they are to serve us!

Well PML(N) can easily turn the tides. Go to Bilawal House, meet Zardari. Have an understanding. Future government will be a coalition of PML(N) and PPP with a PPP Prime Minister and some important ministers of PML(N) while Punjab will still have a PML(N) provincial government. Sacrifice something for the sake of better future, **get rid of these two witches in the GHQ and Supreme Court!
Form your coalition governments in other 3 provinces also. Let Imran Niazi eat his own $hit!**

- Panama Leaks and money laundering
- Purchased millions of pounds property in London without money trail
- Ishaq Dollar, his former finance minister and samdhi ran away from the charges of money laundering
- Former PM of Pakistan also had ‘aqama’ and employee in Dubai
He could not prove his innocense in highest court of Pakistan did not provide any money trail or proof in his defense except a fraud Qatri khat and deed with calibiri font never existed in the year another fraudulent document submitted in SC.
