I wont be astonished if Mohammad Asif has more money than Yasir Hameed, he has played in IPL and i think gets more money than Yasir from central contract.

I think what I have seen and heard in Salman Butt's press conference is more than enough. Unfortunately in real world you don't always get hard facts in all the cases in the court..in that case you have to consider the intangibles.
You have been watching cricket for 20 odd years, out of all people here you should know better that the No balls bowled by Amir don't look unintentional. The runout missed by Kamran (other video) is questionable...these are intangibles only cricketers can tell..Imran Khan and Ramiz would have been hesitant in making the remarks they made if they were thinking like you..but they know cricket and didn't hide behind the technicalities of the legal proceedings.
If you were representing in a jury, god help the victim because you wouldn't have a clue about body language and the words used by the culprit. Salman Butt should have said a BIG NO when he was asked if the allegations are true (that is what the whole nation wanted), instead he got all technical like you and said prove it. That's a shame for him and people whom he betrayed.
Yar no one is hiding behind the technicalities. If there won't be any evidence no one even the ICC appointed tribunal can make a decision just based on Salman Butt's body lanaguage. Had that been the case, Sarfaraz Nawaz would have become the biggest and successful sports attorney in the history based on his fanstasy stories.
Again I want the guilty to serve life ban along with jail sentence in Pakistan, IF they are really guilty. But if there isn't any evidence, it is rather foolish to punish them just based on the gut feeling. Pakistan's cricket history is full of Dropped catches, missed catches, missed run outs. Does that mean every match was fixed???
As far as your comment about representing a jury, I will first look for an evidence before even worrying about anyone's body language. God help the victim if I dont do that.

Well, he'll definitely have to pay a very heavy price for this blunder.. the Pakistani board management will never forgive him. No wonder he was so ghabraya hwa in the GEO interview saying he never gave any interview to anyone , but seeing this vid, its clear that he's doomed unless the whole PCB management gets changed.

I believe they’d have the video of Yasir’s interview too, now they have pitted Yasir against Asif and other players. Since Yasir won’t have the required proofs he will end up shelling his own bucks to settle the claims against them.

And what does it say about this newspaper’s credibility? All of this appears to be yellow journalism more than anything.
Edit: Oh man, I just watched the video. Disgusting on many levels. Maybe Hameed is backing away because of the possible charges against him. But what is strikingly clear is that the newspaper wants to lead this “scoop”, instead of being truly interested in the truth. Buh. I wouldn’t give a shred of credibility to everything else Hameed says that doesn’t pertain to him.
