Well your family needs to tell her 'hello humari pyaari bahu.. You're moving out today heres your bags bye bye' i don't understand why you guys are allowing her to stay if she doesnt want to reconcile with your brother.? He needs to man up aswell. He doesn't have to give her anything well provide for her islamically whatever the conditions are when you divorce I'm not clued up on that but why cant she move out? Get her own place, and be independent instead of leeching off you guys and ur family r stupid for giving into her. Chuck her out asap.! Or stop being so nice and giving her luxuries. If she don't want to make her marriage work then show her the door

Well If she has no place to go well too bad. She needs to make an effort to make marriage work. If not..then well it is better to be separated.

Is this person in NY by any chance? coz I swear I know a similar case where the guy and the girl are separated but still living under the same roof as the girl is also a relative of the family and don't want to go back to her home country. But this guy my family came to know from a rishta agency and my mom was like why the guy is even thinking about getting married again being in such a messed up situation.

we did .. soo much .. .. n we even told her how its dangerousfor her as young women to be by herself .. this world is soo cruel but she didnt listen .. :(

^Yeah, I think so, too. Especially when said-guy is your own brother. Rarely would a girl jeopardize her marriage and leave the house just 'cause.
