I only use his name if it's serious conversation or in public otherwise it's nicknames most often. He calls me buy my name more often and he's listed as Husband in my phone which has been helpful on more than one occasion when I've left my phone behind somewhere and he's gotten a call letting him know his wife left her phone some where lol.
