Please people tell me…i wanna know about those good non muslims(like mother terissa and others) who spent all their lives doing good deeds…taking care of humanity…and blah blah…about those who are lot more better than few muslims … is Allah going to punish them still???

Its up to Allah, ofcourse.
Some folks here will tell you, that according to their understanding of Quran, any non-muslim who refused to embrace Islam despite getting the message of Islam, is a non-believer, and will not enter paradise. Others quote historic incidents to show that Allah is All Powerful and can forgive sins of anyone He choses. So, its all up in the air.
But, why do you ask?

but i have heard that.....nonmuslims would never go to paradise whatever they do........Now a days....even muslims are not able to follow islam to the full extent......people are more attracted towards dunyawi things.....is it possible for em to forget about their beliefs and duyawi things and embrace islam....even we muslims are so distracted......

so what do you say......i always imagine Allah as someone merciful , loving and caring...............they(nonmuslims) are also HIS creation......then how can Allah punish them if they have worked so hard for HUMANITY(mother terissa).......

barbie_girl, the non-Muslims get rewarded for their good deeds in this world. However, they have no portion (reward) in the Hereafter. Whereas, Muslims get rewarded in dunya, if not then in akhirah (insha'Allah), or both in dunya and akhirah, insha'Allah.

but sadiyah.......everybody knows that this life is nothing compared to life hereafter then even if they get eevrything in this world(not all..remember) then what is the use of giving them everything in this world....this life is just a drop and life hereafter is the ocean..i heard somewhere

I cannot believe, how is this even a topic of discussion? It has been clearly mentioned in the Quran that Allah may forgive all the sins, if he wishes, except Shirk. Shirk will never be forgiven; than how can you say that a cross worshipping Mother Teressa will go to Heaven?

Shirk is the no.1 crime according to Shariah. Allah dont love those who commit shirk.

Quran 4:48
*Lo! Allah forgiveth not that a partner should be ascribed unto Him. He forgiveth (all) save that to whom He will. Whoso ascribeth partners to Allah, he hath indeed invented a tremendous sin. *
Quran 4:116
Lo! Allah pardoneth not that partners should be ascribed unto Him. He pardoneth all save that to whom He will. Whoso ascribeth partners unto Allah hath wandered far astray.
shirk is not to be forgiven....
and now only Allah knows whether in their hearts, they committed shirk or not....
if they believed someone to be the son of Allah or other such thoughts that fall under "shirk" then they shall not be forgiven....

This is a non issue. Islam will be only religion accepted on the Day of Judgement. But of course, only Allah knows for sure, we can only form our opinions by what He has already told us through the Quran.

Who ever does wrong in terms of duniya or deen will get punished according to Islamic view. Sins are still sins no matter who commits them. No one is spared unless Allah wants to. I think some people just want to be “confused”…even on such basic things like this. What Quraan and Ahadees and Sunnah showed is very clear on this matter.
Shirk is the greatest of all sins. Crime against humanity I think (its my opinion no one has to agree with me) number two sin. Allah does not promise to forgive sin against another human being unless the oppressed/victim forgives.
