Allah said in the Qur'an "die not except in the state of Islam" the 1s who do not die in ISlam r bounf for hellfire! no questions asked. if u dnt agree then ul b among them. we hear listen n obey that is we are Muslims! we submit to Allah in woteva He said.

Every fair-minded person is bound to ask this question; there are good people in every faith, and no they are not automatically hell-bound if they do not believe in Islam. God that Islam calls you towards is not unmerciful at all, He sees everything and is absolutely Just.
Key to understand this is that if the message of Islam has reached you, and you gave it a fair chance and listened to it and tried judge if it is the truth or not but are still not convinced of its truth due to some confusion or lack of understanding, you will be judged then according to your own belief and framework.
On the other hand if the message of Islam reached you, and you were convinced of its truth yet chose to close your eyes due to arrogance, hatred, bias, reluctance to give up the religion you were born in or whatever the reason be, then such a person chooses hell for himself/herself, and you can understand why.

I don’t know who this person is in the audio …but the argument is weak and without basis in this audio.
1-it assumes that one had no chance whatsoever to get to Islam and its teachings.
2-it assumes that the person in borne in non-muslims society oblivious of other religeons or thought process.
this does not happen these days.
Yes it is the responsibility of muslims to deliver the message of Allah but it does not mean that human being is free of responsibility at large.
Christians and jews will be rewarded as promised in Quraan (including Saibeens)
but that means those who were steadfast on these religeons BEFORE Islam.
Shirk is again, not to be pardoned by Allah…sorry for those who hope that they would make a mockery of basics of Islam and still think they will be rewarded.
On the other hand Humanity has a key role in Islam and its completeness and should not be neglected…but …Not at the expense of losing other major requirements off course.
Tjose whoask these kind of questions are …
1-Either too lazy to read books, ask an Imam/Aalim. These people just go by ‘hearsay’ or their own views on the matter.

Here is a win-win solution.
If god in his infinite wisdom thouth it fit to let multiple religions be on earth, it is conceivable that there are multiple heavens and multiple hells as well. Hence Mother Teresa will NOT go to the Islamic heaven, but WILL go to the Christian one. It is a different matter that a muslim will call the christian heaven as hell, but it does not really matter to M. Teresa, for, to her, where she stays in is heaven.

There are so many responses you got from people. But it's totally upon you to gather all responses and satisfy your thirst in this arena. Sadya mentioned that non-muslims like Mother Theressa would get the benefit in this Duniya, but not in Akhria . What benefit did she get in this DUniya? and who are we to judge all this and be so sure. Let's talk about Jewish, they believe in GOD, they follow the Abrahamic Traditions, they don't associate anyone to be LIKE GOD what will happen to them? What exactly is Hell and Heaven? Is it really the ONLY way as Quran describes it or does those Holy words of ALLAH have deeper meaning. What I gather is the role of MAN, the Concept of MAN as why they have been created as depicted above by ALLAH. ALLAMA IQBAL actually said something similar

warna ataaaat kae liyae koch kam na thae karobiyan
Karobiyan means farishtae (angels) And there are so many similar things that you find. I hope this will help you to some extent.
