He is lingering because of his kids and because divorce is not easy to get. Division of property, technicalities, money, child support, visitation, custody battles, embarassment, etc. Its A LOT harder than it looks. He isnt doing some sort of community service or sacrifice by staying with her…he is doing his job as a father and husband.
