I would like to announce that from here onwards the first Saturday of July as the “No TV Day”. That means the TV in my house doesn’t gets turned on at all, the whole day. I have done it a couple of times before and it works great! I can get a lot accomplished and the quiet in the house does wonders too.
Why first Saturday of July, well independence from TV is very much like independence from the British. They both offer little but take away a lot of precious time.

only if I could convince myself for NO INTERNET day.. TV doesn't take away my time as much as internet does and when I say internet, it means gupshup!!
