The State Minister for Interior, Tasnim Ahmed Qureshi told different news channels and representatives of newspapers that he could say with authority that Kasab was not Pakistani citizen and the Mumbai attack was a drama staged by the Indians themselves.
However, State Minister for Interior and Foreign Secretary took no time to believe the statement by by National Security Advisor General (Retd) Mehmood Ali Durrani thus creating bewilderment and confusion.

All the selective text you are quoting happened before the Foreign office confirmed Kasab's identity. All this "confusion" makes one wonder how the Pakistan state actuall functions ??

There could be a group somehwere in Pakistan which survives on hostility towards India but unfortunately the similar group is sitting Indian parliament which is one of the biggest reasons these two countries can't come together. :)
ha ha ! do never forget that it was the Congress that divided Bangladesh out of Pakistan and made all the hostilities which was ever directed against Pakistan, and the BJP is the one which considered Pakistan as genuine country and started the comprehensive dialogue.

India is actively involved in helping Afghanistan rebuilding itself from it's war torn past.India and its various agencies are operating across Afghanistan in many arenas like Telecom, building Road network,medical assistance etc etc.So these consulates are important and essential.
