When i go to bed without having dinner, there is no pressure the next morning. That means i have to spend more time in the loo to build up pressure. Which means i get late for work.
Everytime i go to bed without dinner i get late to work the next morning. Happened four times already last couple weeks.
The food you eat gets excreted after (maximam) 12 hrs without pressure only when you had something to eat. The food that u ate 12(+/-) hrs ago gets into the large intestine after being chopped up properly from small intestine and sits there until you have ur next meal. Once your next meal gets in the small intestine that creates a pressure on the large intestines and pushes the chopped up food from large intestine to ur rectum, hence easily get excreted and then hopfully you dont get late for ur work

you should eat breakfast in the morning like a cereal with a banana or somthing..... either before you leave home or when you get to work. Then you should have some "pressure" by mid-morning?
