Thankyou everyone for your suggestions. Yes i do eat breakfast in the morning and no, mid-morning pressure is not a good thing. I already have enough pressure at work and this kind of added pressure does not help at all.
i try to do my business at home in peace.
I hate whenever i have to do it outside...its difficult to wash & alot of people waiting to use the bathroom & the smell & all.
But i suggest u drink lots of liquid. Its works for me.
This is definately something Mad Scientist would explain in detail, complete with how to contract your spinchter, what pressure to exert and what angle to use.
For the time being try having lots of yogurt the night before. Should help to open your bowels.
Hmmm, i also dont like to use Public bathrooms, so ur best bet is to consider EMM’s suggestion, have sth for dinner or keep some snack on ur bedside table so u can eat it early in the morning when u wake up or u can take that wid u in the loo also.
