What is really marvelous in such threads relating to Gujarat riots is that Muslims here shed tears for Muslims killed in riots violence, but they never say anything about people burnt alive at Godhra.
This Guy’ posts are brilliant examples of how rumors are spread across Islamic states. He has earlier argued with me.
His calculation is very simple.
Voilence in Gujarat spread over 800 villages, in every village 100 Muslims were killed, and hence 800 multiply by 100 is equal to 80000. His source of informatiuon is his Muslim politician uncle living in Bihar.
This is what a semi educated citizen of Pakistan beleives, what to say about people of Arab States!

Sheraz, I was comparing him with Mush, as LBG was saying the same standards dont apply. I have not seen the movie Dev, but if he is shown to be some blood thirsty 'jahil', then I must say the truth is far from that. My colleague from a Business school back in India, reports to Mr. Modi on a daily basis, and from what he has told me, this guy is a level headed person and a tough taskmaster, who is trying to cut out all the fat from the government. He is also a person who will not hesitate to point your faults to your face, that is why he is disliked by some in his party and hated by the opposition.
Regarding his involvements in the riots, I do not know whether he is guilty or not. Some NGO's funded by the US have been against him when he tried to stop the rice bowl conversions in the tribal districts of the state in 2001, and they have been crying hoarse since the riots. So, I am not sure what is the truth and what is propaganda by these people because of their utmost hatred for Mr. Modi.
