I was just being polite to say that smack was on my head. In reality it was obvious I was saying how ridiculous your question was.

About releasing burden. That is another discussion. The point was that a university should be created closer to a big city rather than small towns.

And like I said earlier , Sindh university jamshoro may be closer to Hyderabad but it doesn’t serve Hyderabad in anyway more than Thatta or Badin or Dadu.
