Dushwari, I dont think that there is a huge influx of immigrants coming to Pak...I could be wrong here but I dont think so.If they were to be stricter than they are now, then I think the small influx of immigrants would just stop.

Just a correction, there is huge influx of "foreigners" in Pakistan... unless you consider Afghanis and Bengladeshis as Pakistanis born in other countries.
